首先買免治豬肉600g跟食譜調味:
鹽一茶匙
蠔油半湯匙
蔴油一茶匙
生抽半湯匙
糖五安士(150G)
魚露半湯匙
油1 1/2湯匙
酒兩茶匙
五香粉or甘草粉1/8 茶匙
玉桂粉1/4 茶匙

然後薄薄地鋪平響焗爐紙上面:
放入焗爐用低火焗十幾分鐘至定型(成塊會向中間縮起),然後用上火焗到轉色:
放出黎一陣會再深色d:
一份材料可以整到五塊25cmx20cm左右大既豬肉乾,30蚊咋﹗
如果想做蜜汁豬肉乾,可以響出爐前塗上蜜
